Position Summary  

As a Data Coordinator, you will ensure the full life cycle of material, suppliers and customers in SAP, on a right first time and on time basis by setting-up efficient processes to collect and distribute master data and by leading, motivating and coaching initiators and contributors of master data at market level.

A Day in the Life of a Data Coordinator 

  • Implement a continuous improvement system to ensure that the businesses, functions, customers and consumers benefit of high-quality data that meets highest internal and external standards
  • Execution of data maintenance and cleansing activities in collaboration with the Business, in order to ensure correctness, completeness, uniqueness and consistency on the Master data under one's responsibility. Work in close relationship with CoS/CoC
  • Support selected business units for all topics related to master data and product information
  • Coordinate and execute data maintenance and cleansing activities in collaboration with the Business
  • Support projects to implement new master data solutions in the market
  • Use NCE practices to continuously improve ways of working. Ensure up-to-date documentation of processes

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics
  • Experience in working with SAP is a plus
  • Good command of Office 365 Power Platform 
  • Structural thinking, ability to work with large amounts of data, analyze relationships and interpret numbers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to challenge well-established processes and routines
  • Ability to work within cross-functional and remote teams
  • Fluent in English, good level of French and German is a plus
