Here at Batmaid our objective is to become the global leader provider of the “well-being at home” with high-quality cleaning services. And with 150 employees and more than 4.000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents with headquarters based in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality. Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.
About our program:
As an Internship Program participant at Batmaid, you'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you'll get training on the trade markets, our products and other core business topics. Depending on the length of the internship, rotational assignments can be a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, including Customer Experience, Agent Experience, Marketing, and Administration, you'll gain a wider perspective. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship and coaching, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference for our business.
What you will see during our Internship Program:
Customer Experience: Provide our customers highest level of service and support by analysing customer feedback and making recommendations to improve the customer experience.
Agent Experience: Help equip our Cleaning Staff with the tools, resources, and support they need to be successful. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement training programs, improve communication channels, and identify opportunities to increase agent retention and satisfaction.
Administration: Support our business operations across salary, pension, tax and social security, gaining experience in data, systems and process management.
Marketing: Help develop and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, getting invaluable exposure to digital marketing, content creation, and social media.

- You are a Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate from any academic background
- You are an innovative quick learner that is up for the challenge of working in a fast paced, agile, fast growing company.
- You have an entrepreneur mindset and take ownership of individual tasks
- You want to grow professionally as well as personally
- You want to work in an international and multicultural setting.
- You speak English to a minimum C1 level
- You speak French to a minimum C1 level for a Lausanne-based participation, German to a minimum C1 level for Zurich.
- You may even have further language skills, which add to our valued diversity.
