Job Description:

Overview

Our graduate programmes are intended for young postgraduates with degrees from top universities. We offer you an 18-month rotation programme within different Fixed Income investment teams and related departments within Pictet Asset Management. 

The programme is run in Geneva, with potential rotations at different Pictet locations.

As a participant in our graduate programme, you will develop your technical and business know-how by working alongside accomplished investment professionals, such as analysts and portfolio managers. Our programme will enable you to develop the interpersonal and self-leadership skills you will need in your future career at Pictet and give you the opportunity to build a network of peers within the company.

At the end of the programme, you will be ready to take full ownership of a position within the Credit Research team as a Credit Analyst. Your role will be to actively participate in the investment process by selecting and monitoring investment ideas through bottom-up, macro and ESG analyses, engage with companies on ESG issues and contribute to the team’s projects.

As the chosen graduate you will show energy and enthusiasm in your work, be eager to learn, demonstrate an interest in finance and contribute by leveraging on the new approaches and technologies you just learned in your studies.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to business, economics, finance, mathematics or physical sciences, or a qualification deemed equivalent with an international dimension from a well-recognised university.

Proficient user of the most common office IT solutions (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Command of programming languages (Python or equivalent), a strong plus.

An interest in financial markets, an enquiring mind as well as an ability to innovate and be a strong team player.

Perfect command of English and, ideally, another European language.

Residence in Switzerland required, or willing to relocate.
