Position Summary
As an intern in Commercial Training, your role will involve managing the implementation of yearly initiatives for the Sales and Customer area within the Nestlé Professional Strategic Business Unit.

A Day in the Life of a Commercial Training Intern
- Support and coordinate different tasks related to commercial best practices, capability development, as well as the acquisition of knowledge regarding channel and customers
- Propose and organize activities to update and promote the Global Training & Learning Internal Platform: Nestlé Professional Academy
- Develop global communications on the latest activities on the platforms to foster usage and increase visibility of the platform.(eg. Global Emails, Workplace)
- Coordinate the maintenance of the platform, the look and feel and good user experience
- Coordinate the development of insight reports
- Organize Sharing & Learning sessions across regions on success stories and commercial best practices
- Upload Regional Customers Success Stories into the Global repository
- Follow-up of all digital platforms’ KPIs, propose activities and improvements on site features
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers for the deployment of projects
What will make you successful
- Student or fresh graduate in a Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Development or similar
- Proactive and autonomous with a growth mindset to continuously bringing new ideas
- Outstanding organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Flexible, solution-focused, and capable of working independently
- Strong knowledge and previous use of PowerBI, Sharepoints and Digital platforms
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with French being an asset
- Understanding of the Out-of-Home (OOH) industry an asset
