IT Service Desk Agent
For our IT Operations Department, we are looking for a motivated:
IT Service Desk Agent
Your Responsibilities :
- Providing on-site first level support to Swatch Group Companies by direct contact
- Deploying and decommissioning hardware
- Executing planned or proactive hardware maintenances
- Troubleshooting owned incidents and applying corrective actions
- Restoring the degraded service's quality as fast as possible
- Technically or hierarchically escalate incidents or service requests and doing their follow-up.
- Processing owned service requests
Your Profile :
- Swiss federal IT diploma or equivalent
- A first work experience in a similar position
- IT generalist orientation
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Autonomous and eager to learn
- Precise and rapid diagnosis ability
How to Communicate :
- Fluent in French
- Good knowledge of English
- Any other language is a plus
