For our IT Operations Department, we are looking for a motivated:

IT Service Desk Agent

Your Responsibilities :

  • Providing on-site first level support to Swatch Group Companies by direct contact
  • Deploying and decommissioning hardware
  • Executing planned or proactive hardware maintenances
  • Troubleshooting owned incidents and applying corrective actions
  • Restoring the degraded service's quality as fast as possible
  • Technically or hierarchically escalate incidents or service requests and doing their follow-up.
  • Processing owned service requests

Your Profile :

  • Swiss federal IT diploma or equivalent
  • A first work experience in a similar position
  • IT generalist orientation
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Autonomous and eager to learn
  • Precise and rapid diagnosis ability

How to Communicate :

  • Fluent in French
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Any other language is a plus
